Overall, this is a good dress for the money and *nearly* identical to the picture. The picture shows a very slight side ruching by the slit that is not evident in real life. Also, it is not a fine sparkle, but a larger sequin. It still shimmers and reflects light, but maybe slightly differently than pictured. These are two incredibly small things and didn’t make a difference to me, but it might to someone else.This dress actually has structure and boning (which I was incredibly impressed with). The close is a half zip half corset type of closure. The bottom half zips with the top half being a corset. That being said MEASURE YOUR HIPS AT THE WIDEST PART and go based on that measurement. The hips for me fit exactly and if I would’ve gone smaller, it wouldn’t fit due to the zipper closure. The zipper feels a little flimsy, but not so different from any other formal dress I own. Just take your time to not zip in the sequins and you’ll be fine. This dress is also lined and the lining is genuinely comfortable and thick enough to actually protect against the sequins.I have a large bust, and the top fits pretty perfect (if maybe just a hair too big). The breast cups are molded perfectly and actually sewn in. The straps on the side are incredibly long, so I’ll have to get them taken in by like an inch. However, I have shoulders that lean on the slender size, and I’d rather do an easy adjustment in for the shoulders than have them be too tight.I paid for the expedited shipping and I got it in less than a week (which was so exciting). I ordered the stock size so maybe that had something to do with it.Overall, a really great dress for the price!
